About the journal
Transplant Immunology is the specialist peer-reviewed journal for the immunology of transplantation. Founded in 1993, the journal carries original research, reviews, and case-based work across clinical and experimental transplant immunology.
Editorial scope covers histocompatibility and HLA matching, transplant rejection mechanisms (cellular and antibody-mediated rejection, chronic rejection and graft vasculopathy), immunological tolerance induction, solid-organ transplantation immunology (kidney, liver, heart, lung, intestine), haematopoietic stem-cell and bone-marrow transplantation immunology, xenotransplantation, the regulation of the immunosuppressive armamentarium, and the immunopathology of transplant infection.
Third-party link lists from the late 1990s mirrored an Arnold-style Journpages URL pointing at the ISSN, which is why the title appears in the restored journal directory; the journal itself has been published by Elsevier since the early 1990s. This landing page acknowledges the historical citation pattern and preserves the URL for backlink integrity.
